Registration Fees
With great cooperation from the Apache Sitgreaves National Forest and the Show Low Bluff Development. The 2008 13th Annual Show Low Bluff Tour of the White Mountains is undergoing a course reroute and general event improvements.
This years Tour will have a new start/finish venue plus a course re-route offering new distances and challenges for participants to enjoy. The new route (currently applied for with the Apache Sitgreaves National Forest) will incorporate fresh single track in the area while still utilizing some of the preferred trails utilized in previous Tours. Essentially we'll be keeping the good trails from past Tours and adding even better ones for the future!

Epic Rides highly recommends registering ASAP as this event always fills up.

Contribution
Each event has a $5 contribution in addition to the entry fee & processing fee (if applicable, read above). This contribution will go towards the Navapache Regional Medical Center (NRMC). The NRMC is a private, not-for-profit organization in the beautiful White Mountains of Northeastern Arizona. As a regional hospital with 66 licensed beds, the NRMC responds to the health care needs of more than 40,000 permanent and seasonal residents living in a 3,000 square mile area. Changes or Modifications
Any changes or modifications to your entry require an additional $10 regardless of date, time, place or amount of pleading.
Why the additional $10 you may ask?
Epic Rides takes pride in the high level of organization our events operate at. This level of organization is a primary component that allows each event participant to have fun and take away spotless memories. When participants begin making changes to their entries it ‘mucks’ up our database and in turn compromises the backbone of the event.
Thus, $10… a nominal fee to prevent drastic consequences and assure top notch fun for everyone! We appreciate your understanding.
Packet Pick Up
There will be a mandatory pre-ride meeting for all 52 & 66 mile participants at 8:00pm on Friday, October 3th. The meeting will be held at our packet pickup location;
the Chuck Wagon Steakhouse.
Chuck Wagon Steakhouseis located at 4048 Porter Mountain Rd. Lakeside, AZ
85929. To get there, take 260 towards Pinetop-Lakeside. Turn left at Porter Mountain Rd (Navapache Electric is on corner). Go two miles and it is on your lefthand side.
Chuck Wagon will be offering a $9 BBQ platter that is accredited as being the best in the Southwest! To help wash it down they’ll have Redhook on tap for $2/beer.
Mandatory Pre-ride Meeting
The pre-ride meeting will begin at 8p. This should offer sufficient time for everyone traveling into town to arrive in a safe and timely manner. This meeting is for all 52 & 66 - mile participants however all event participants, spectators and family and friends are welcome to attend!
All other distances participants are requested to show up to their start line 20 minutes prior for a pre-event route review and conversation.
