Registration Fees

Registration will open June 1st.

10-miles	$45
30-mile	$50
60-mile	$60
100-mile	$75

All entrants regardless of registration date will receive an Official event T-shirt, goodie bag, Official event poster and Official event water bottle.

Processing Fees

$FREE - If registration is postmarked on or before Saturday, September 28th
$10 – September 29th – October 14th
$20 – October 14th – October 20th

For example, if you register for the 30-mile event on October 8th then your total fees will include $50 for registration, $10 for processing and a $5 minimum contribution for the event benefactor. Total cost will be $65.

Contribution

Each event has an additional $5 contribution in addition to the entry fee & processing fee (included in explanation above). This contribution will go towards the Central Arizona College Scholarship Fund. This fund allows people living in Eastern Pinal County to purchase books and attend college in pursuit of a better life whom may have otherwise not been provided the opportunity. Many of these scholarship recipients will be out on the course volunteering their time to make sure you have a safe enjoyable ride.

Changes or Modifications

Any changes or modifications to your entry require an additional $10 regardless of date, time, place or amount of pleading.

Mandatory Pre-ride Meeting (100 Milers)

Oracle Community Center hosts a mandatory pre-ride meeting for all 100-mile participants at 8pm. We will discuss any last second changes or area’s on course that require caution. Attending the meeting is non-negotiable; the purpose is for rider safety and well-being.

Sorry, we are not able to host the meeting immediately before the 4am start for event organizational purposes.
