Win a Titus Rock Star - Valued at $5,500
Titus Cycles, the Official Bike of the Whiskey Off Road, is proud to offer an opportunity to win one of their finest (and newest) 29" wheeled steeds while raising funds for two causes we all can appreciate; the newly formed Prescott Mountain Bike Alliance (P.M.B.A.) and the Yavapai Food Bank.
Through this fundraising effort, the first $2,000 raised will go to P.M.B.A. and the balance will be donated to the Yavapai Food Bank.

Are You a Foodie? Prepare to Indulge
With so much incredible edible food to enjoy all in Prescott's downtown area and next to the Whiskey Off Road event hub, why not be rewarded for your indulgences?
The new Foodie's Indulgence program will help guide Whiskey Off Road participants, and their family and friends, to Prescott's best dining experiences during event weekend. Foodie indulgence restaurants have passed the Epic Rides 5-point inspection (i.e. - we ate there, it was great!).
How does it work? It's simple. Eat at three or more of the participating restaurants. After each meal ask your attendant to validate your card with a stamp. Once you've received three stamps or more, drop your completed card in the mail to Epic Rides.
On May 8th Epic Rides will draw a winner from the cards and announce it in the next eNewsletter and on our FB page. 3 winners will receive product from event sponsors valued at $200+ each! ...all for enjoying some of Prescott's best eateries. Following is a little about each restaurant:
129 ...An American Jazz Grille - Three words..."The Bad Boy". Any Whiskey finisher deserves this hearty dish. This restaurant tends to have a higher price point, but it's well worth it if you're looking for a relaxing meal post ride.
Eddies on Whiskey Row - The perfect lunch spot or to kick off the evening celebrating your finish. Eddies feature sandwich during event weekend is the Hot Head - Roast Beef, Pastrami, Cheddar Cheese and Chipotle Mayo with your choice of toppings toasted to perfection.
El Gato Azul - The food is incredible, the wine selection is outrageous.
Firehouse Kitchen - Comfort food for the soul. Located just west of the start/finish this restaurant offers a great vantage point to grab lunch and watch finisher's coast home...
Monks - An accommodating price point for food worth well more than what you'll pay. While you're there consider the slow roasted sesame ginger short ribs with mashed potatoes and slaw. Monks, believe it.
Prescott Brewery – With locally crafted brews and an extensive offering able to accommodate any set of tastebuds, it’s hard not to enjoy this great local destination.
Prescott Coffee Roasters – The quintessential coffee shop experience, plus beans so good it’s worth getting a bag to go!
The Palace – A classic Whiskey Row experience with sizeable portions and a stellar burger.
Raven Café – Great food, great atmosphere and an endless selection of micro brews.
All Finishers Get a Pint Glass, Some Get a Flask!
Some events offer a belt buckle for finishing, but at the Whiskey Off Road we bring a very different modus operandi. Honoring the namesake of Prescott's downtown, the Whiskey Off Road pays homage to Whiskey Row with every opportunity.
All finishers receive a custom designed (by our fine friends at Cirrus Visual Communication) pint glass.
And those fortunate enough to finish at the head of their class, well, they can expect a special award like no other out there. Enter the Whiskey Off Road Flask and Flask Cage (Cage by Ahearns of Oregon). Epic Rides is excited to introduce a new tradition for the Whiskey Off Road. A tradition we look forward to maintaining for many years to come...
Watering Hole Challenge - A 'Walk' Through Prescott's Past
The Whiskey Off Road Watering Hole Challenge is an experience all its own. Amongst a backdrop steeped in a history of bars, brothels and old west characters, it's only appropriate to visit the many bars that have weathered the years of patronizing and wild times of
Whiskey Row.
The Watering Hole Challenge includes bars older than most event finishers, plus a few that show off the more modern side of Prescott and its appreciation for the outdoors community.
Regardless of the watering holes you and your friends post up at for the evening, socializing in Prescott after your ride is a great time shared amongst the mountain bike community. Keep your eyes peeled for some of mountain biking's greats including Rebecca Rusch, Gretchen Reeves, Tinker Juarez, Steve Medcroft, Richard Cunningham, Yuri Hauswald, and Andy Schultz. They are all hanging in Prescott to indulge in one of Arizona's best mountain bike gatherings and classic Prescott pastimes.
Click the card to get a preview of your Watering Hole Challenge card, then keep an eye out for it in your goodie bag on event weekend. Complete the card, mail it in...and win!
Remember, while enjoying the watering hole challenge...be safe, have fun, and be nice.
