And the Old Pueblo is Dedicated To...
There are very few individuals who have truly revolutionized the mountain biking experience…and Stan Koziatek is one of them. Stan is the man behind No Tubes, and thanks to his innovative product most of us can ride for months without a flat tire. Gone are the days when every mountain bike ride in the desert included patching tubes.
Join Epic Rides on Friday, February 12th at the Laid Back Exchange Tent Dedication Dinner when we honor
the man that few people know but everyone is grateful for. Guest speakers will include Steve Medcroft
(of CyclingNews.com and BikeRadar.com); Zack Vestal (of VeloNews.com); and other industry professionals
who can speak to the virtues of Stan and his special sauce.
The evening gets rolling at 6pm with a social gathering, beer swilling and some musical grooves inside the Exchange Tent. The Dedication Dinner begins at 7p with world-class camp cooking from Blue Banjo BBQ, and will continue until the wee hours (or until we throw ya out).

RSVP's accepted until Friday, February 5th or at 150 people; which ever happens first.
Whiskey Off-Road Registration Now Open
We realize the Kona Bikes 24 Hours in the Old Pueblo is still weeks away, but Whiskey event planning is well under way and registration is coming in at full bore. The 2010 event has a field limit of 1,000 participants; it's probably not a bad idea to start making plans to be in Prescott during the last weekend of April.

NiteRider Technical Lighting Systems – DIY Style
|
This February 13th NiteRider will be staying up all night charging batteries and providing tech support. Don't have a light or forgot yours at home? No problem, they'll be offering rentals and special race pricing for on-site purchases. Be one of the lucky few to run their brand new DIY Pro Series lights available to rent on a first come basis. The Pro Series features NiteRiders's new DIY Software that allows the rider to determine the number of light levels, light outputs and flashing modes; making it the ultimate 24 hour lighting system. Demo the DIY Software at www.niteriderservices.com. While you're in 24 Hour Town, drop by the NiteRider support vehicle to get the grand tour of their latest lighting technology. Just like you, the folks at NiteRide won't be sleeping until the race is finished! |
