Introducing a Ride-a-thon for The American Lung Association's
Lung Cancer Research

Join the American Lung Association and Epic Rides in raising funds for Lung Cancer Research. The Rideathon fundraiser is fun, easy and best of all you can do it while riding at the Kona Bikes 24 Hours in the Old Pueblo.

Lung cancer is one of the most common cancers in America and will account for approximately 15% of all cancer diagnoses in 2009. It is the second most diagnosed cancer in men and women nationally.

In three simple steps…

A $4 pledge/lap toward each participant's laps in 24 Hour Town can equate to over $20,000 raised. If everyone recruited one source of outside sponsorship in addition to their contribution we could raise over $30,000. All donations are written directly to the American Lung Association.

As mountain bikers, we realize how important it is to have healthy lungs. With a massive crowd of people enjoying a fun filled mountain bike weekend, there's no reason we shouldn't benefit a group of people unable to ride due to health issues.

Epic Rides is proud to partner with the American Lung Association. We look forward to supporting lung cancer research…hopefully, one day soon we can all be proud and relieved in knowing we contributed to finding a cure.
