Register before March 24, 2012 and receive a complimentary event T-shirt & Official event water bottle in addition to an Offical event poster, goodie bag and Finisher Pint Glass.
All Registrants receive an Official event poster and goodie bag. Each participant has an equal opportunity to earn their Finisher Pint Glass, and to drink from it on Whiskey Row once the deed is done.

Contribution
Each event has an additional $10 contribution in addition to the entry fee & processing fee (if applicable).
This contribution will go towards the Yavapai County Food Bank (YFB), Prevent Child Abuse Arizona and other local and national non-profit organizations. The YFB feeds 4,000-5,000 families a month through its main distribution center in Prescott Valley, its 11 pantries located in other county communities and numerous other service organizations throughout the county. Many staff and volunteers from the Food Bank will be on site at the event, feel free to chat with them to learn more about where our fundraising efforts go to assist this great community organization. Changes or Modifications
Any changes or modifications to your entry require an additional $10 regardless of date, time, place or amount of pleading.
Packet Pickup
Packet Pick up will be held from 10a - 8p on Friday, April 27, 2012 on the Southeast corner of Goodwin St. and Montezuma (Whiskey Row).
All registrants must be present to pick up their rider packet (including number plate) in order to sign their event participation waiver. Unfortunately it is not an option to have a friend pick up your packet because they cannot sign your waiver. All participants under 18 are required to have an authorized adult (18 or over) to co-sign their waiver. ID required at packet pick-up.
Mandatory Pre-ride Meeting
The mandatory pre-ride meeting will be held on the main stage located on Goodwin St. at 8:00p Friday evening. It is very important that all participants attend this meeting as it is when Epic Rides briefs the group on important course & event updates/changes for the following days activities. In essence, this is a safety meeting. We encourage everyone to ride as safe as possible during an epic ride so as to assure a long FUN day on the bike.
