The camp & family friendly venue is at the Pinetop Lakes Equestrian Center, immediately next to the start/finish area. There is also additional camping available at the Pinetop Lakes recreation center that includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, Wi-Fi and showers.
Tent and car camping fee is $5 per person/night and the lil' campers (18 and under) are free. Ten and car camping spaces are allocated on a first come/first served bases.
RV spaces with full hookups + Wi-Fi are SOLD OUT
$35 per night plus $5/person. The 7 full hook-up RV spaces can no longer be reserved.
Dry RV spaces with Wi-Fi are available for $20 per night plus $5/person. The 20 Dry RV spaces can be reserved online here. Although there are no hookups for these RV's, there is lots of comfortable wooded space and the rec center offers a variety of activities for the entire family to enjoy.
Due to the limited RV spaces available, we highly recommend reserving your space online. These sites usually fill fast, if you choose not to reerve a space, please allow for back-up plans if no sites are available upon arrival.
Camping at the venue will allow for the utmost in convenience to everything the event has to offer. You and your trusty stead will be right next to Friday's festivities which hosts packet-pickup and the mandatory rider's meeting. Access the White Mountains trail system nearby, and enjoy amazing single-track and post event festivities with no worries about having to drive away when you are ready for some down time. Park the car for the weekend and enjoy the cool mountain air.
There is free camping available in the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest located nearby. If you go this route, it is EXTREMELY important that you clean up after yourself. Be sure to do a final check prior to departing once your weekend is over.

A friendly Epic Rides representative will greet you, recite a few old west poems often shared around a poker table and offer clear, concise directions upon your arrival.
Pre-Ride and Ride Day Grub Sessions
The Pinetop Equestrian & Recreation Center will be cooking up a proper pre-ride meal at a nominal fee. Prepare to fuel right at the venue. Dinner will be served 5:30p - 8p, Friday, October 2nd.
Breakfast burritos will be available near the Epic Rides tent Saturday, 6a - 10a.
For those crossing finish line on Saturday, Sierra Nevada Brewing Co will supply hoppy goodness on tap. For post ride food, think the White Mountain's finest BBQ. Don't forget to bring cash.
If you'd prefer a more formal approach to meals throughout the event weekend, downtown Pinetop-Lakeside is only 2.5 miles away. With long standing great restaurants, there are plenty of options nearby sure to provide proper fuel and top notch reward worthy dishes for a weekend in the saddle.
